PROFILE Villa San Niccolo': This villa is conveniently located on the hill slope near the Piazzale Michelangelo, in Florence's city centre. The most important sites like museums and monuments are within walking distance and just a few min away on the bus. The villa is in one of Florence's most characteristic areas, surrounded by greenery and is wonderfully quiet. The villa accommodates 6 people in its 3 double bedrooms. It has a private lovely garden. Inside there is a large living room, a hall, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms and a storage room.

GROUND FLOOR : A living room furnished with a sofa and armchairs decorated with pink and green flower patterns. There is a glass table in the centre of the room, satellite TV, a fireplace and antique furniture. A french window connects the living room with the garden. 1 WC, fully equipped kitchen: ventilated electric oven, stove w/4 burners, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Carrara marble sink (double basin), food cabinet, 19th century English table/pub chairs for 6 people. In the garden, which is connected to the kitchen, there is a lovely iron gazebo for outdoor meals.

FIRST FLOOR : 3 bedrooms, a double bedroom with a bed, an antique wardrobe, an iron shelf unit, a small table and an armchair with white and red fabric. The second bedroom has 2 twins beds put together as a double bed. It also has a bedside table, antique wardrobe and lamps, and a small balcony overlooking the Duomo. It is decorated with white and blue fabric. The bathroom, which is decorated with yellow and blue tiles, has a shower and a store room as well. The third bedroom has a double bed, an antique wardrobe, decoration in green and yellow fabric. It has an ensuite bathroom.
